  • Site-specific coordination and development of investigation concepts in close collaboration with clients, planners, and authorities, based on existing data, historical research, and current land use
  • Professional sampling of soil, water, and air using appropriate environmental investigation methods
  • Chemical analysis of soil, water, and air carried out by accredited laboratories
  • Preparation of expert reports assessing the spectrum of contaminants and the resulting risks to human health and the environment, taking into account site-specific interactions between contaminants and subsurface conditions
  • Where required, further investigations for securing or remediation purposes, including the development of remediation and containment concepts
  • Supervision and monitoring of remediation and containment measures, including site inventory and development of demolition concepts, as well as technical supervision of demolition and deconstruction works
  • Site assessment for landfill construction under soil physical and hydrogeological conditions, including quality control throughout all project phases

LANDFILLS

During all investigation campaigns, site-specific exploration of potential contaminated areas is carried out using our own drilling teams. The assessment and classification of contaminants are performed based on exposure pathways and protected assets, in accordance with the legal framework of the German Federal Soil Protection Act (BBodSchG) of 17 March 1998.
